HR Coordinator/Recruiter

Western Smokehouse Partners is looking for a full time Recruitment/Human Resources Coordinator.

This position will help provide administrative support to the Human Resources department such as:

Recruitment and onboarding:

Leading the recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. Check- ins/follow ups with new hires.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies and procedures, and assisting with employee relations issues.

Reporting and Data Management:

Preparing reports on HR metrics, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data.

Compliance:

Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedure

This position will also support special initiatives assigned by HR leadership, update and maintain employee records and personnel files, and participate in job fairs and support talent pipeline development.

Qualifications:

• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines. 
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required for interacting with employees, management. 
• Proficiency in HR Software and Systems: Familiarity with HR-related software is beneficial. 
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures: Understanding of HR best practices and relevant employment laws. 
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 
• Attention to Detail: Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in employee records and data. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues. 
• Experience: While not always required, experience in HR or a related field is often preferred.
