Talent Pipeline

Missouri One Start is your one stop to workforce access throughout the State of Missouri.

We take the information you provide regarding skillsets, education, etc, and develop a plan for finding those workers utilizing various resources around the state.

Apprenticeship Missouri

In FY 2021, Missouri had 14,520 active apprentices across 460 registered programs. It ranks third in the nation for completed apprenticeships, and fourth for new apprentices.

Missouri Fast Track

The Fast Track Workforce Incentive Grant makes it affordable for adults to pursue a certificate, degree, or industry-recognized credential in high demand careers.

MO Excels Program

From Secondary to Postsecondary education, Missouri has a strong pipeline to support your future workforce. In FY2022, Governor Parson supported 21.8 million in local workforce training projects.
