We take the information you provide regarding skillsets, education, etc, and develop a plan for finding those workers utilizing various resources around the state.
We can connect you with work-ready applicants who have been impacted by area layoffs and business closures. They’re skilled, proven and ready to get back to work.
Our team is in direct contact with all major military bases in Missouri and can target recruitment outreach to separating service members. In 2019, there were 396,000 veterans in Missouri. 170,000 or 42.9% were part of the Civilian Labor Force.
The state’s MoJobs website is filled with prospective job seekers. We can reach them directly and you can post your job openings on the job board.
In FY 2022, Missouri had 16,983 active apprentices across 471 registered and active programs.

MoExcels facilitates the development and expansion of employer-driven education and training programs and initiatives. In FY23, Governor Parson supported, and the General Assembly appropriated, 21 projects totaling $31.4 million.
