< BACK TO JOBSGENERAL FUNCTION Responsible for processing orders daily, generated & staged by order pickers. Responsible for generating any and all shipping documents Bills of Lading, UPS/FedEx Labels, Packing Slips, International Documents, etc. Other duties include stock rotations for finished goods, and physical counting of product, housekeeping of the warehouse/shipping office, and inventory consolidations of raw and finished goods. Duties will change as required by process and business changes. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS * Processes Orders generated by Order Pickers via the use of our ERP System. * Create Any/All Shipping Documents. * Schedule carriers for pickup. * Communicate with Sales & Customer Service to resolve issues. * Field calls from customers to answer questions. * Assists in bin location inventories when needed. * Cycle counts when needed. * Responsible for sweeping and maintaining cleanliness of warehouse & shipping office as needed. * Other duties as required. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Works under general supervision bringing problems to the attention of Warehouse Manager, or supervisor. POSITION REQUIREMENTS : High school diploma or equivalent. : Basic math and reading skills required. Light warehouse and receiving experience would be a plus but not necessary. Must be able to lift up to approximately 50 pounds and lift 25 pounds overhead. Attention to detail needed. Able to use a computer terminal. Light Fork Lift experience would be beneficial. : Warehouse environment. Position involves lifting, standing, and walking.
