Fabricate Profiles
Produce extruded aluminum profiles exactly to print specifications and packing instructions.

Inspect Material
Check for scratches, dents and twists; reject any non-conforming product.

Count & Verify
Count parts, verify routing-tag details, and log all data in our reporting system.

Operate Forklift
Safely move and stack bundles to maintain smooth production flow.

Dimensional Check
Use micrometers, calipers and tape measures to confirm dimensions match the print.

Follow Direction
Report to the Fabrication Manager and Lead Person; execute work according to their guidance.

Safety & Cleanliness
Adhere to all safety procedures (including required PPE) and keep your work area clean and organized.

Required Qualifications

Ability to stand for 8–12 hours and bend at the waist
Capacity to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Basic computer literacy and math skills
Proficiency reading micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and using small hand tools
Strong attendance record and dependability
Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions
Additional Desired Qualifications

(Not required—but a plus!)

Forklift training/certification
Safety, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) training
Previous fabrication or extrusion experience
