Position: Registered Nurse
Status: Full Time
A typical day will include: Provides nursing care to Home Health patients; accurately completes Home Health documentation; assists in coordination of Home Health activities; supervises and instructs other nursing personnel as needed and requested; actively and consistently contributes to department operation and communications; promotes Home Care Services to long-term care facilities, physicians and other referral sources; pursues public speaking opportunities; attends care plan meetings; conducts performance improvement audits of patients in facilities; trouble shoots; advises long-term care and hospital staff of patient needs; takes call when necessary; behaves in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.
The position is Full Time days.
