WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

For our plant in St. Louis we are looking for a Maintenance Manager who, reporting to the Plant Manager, will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring the conformity and punctuality of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and servicing of molds, machines, and equipment, defining in advance strategies to devise a suitable production plan and maximize machine uptime
• Ensuring support and cooperation in the optimization of production processes and industrialization (including the installation of new lines)
• Ensure that critical spare parts are readily available and operational on the shop floor
• Develop and use KPI measurements to promote continuous improvement in production

EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and electronic systems
• Experience as Maintenance Manager in manufacturing companies
• PLUS: Knowledge of plastics technology (Extrusion Blow Molding and Stretch Blow Molding)
