POSITION SUMMARY:

Van-Am Tool & Engineering is hiring a press brake operator to support our high-performance manufacturing environment in St. Joseph, MO. This is a hands-on role within a growing aerospace and defense-focused manufacturing company where precision, accountability, and consistency matter.

As a press brake operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, forming metal components that support demanding aerospace applications. This press brake operator position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. • Set up and operate equipment as a press brake operator in a precision manufacturing environment
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet aerospace and manufacturing specifications
• Inspect parts and maintain quality standards required in aerospace manufacturing
• Support material flow and production efficiency across the manufacturing floor
• Maintain safety, organization, and performance expectations in a manufacturing setting
