Since 2023, Elemental Enzymes has steadily expanded its teams and evolved into a company that delivers products on a global scale. This growth has brought in new talent, broader skill sets, and fresh perspectives. In addition, several employees transitioned from individual contributors to supervisors and team leaders. They needed practical, applicable leadership skills and they needed them quickly.
