We take the information you provide regarding skillsets, education, etc, and develop a plan for finding those workers utilizing various resources around the state.

Our team is in direct contact with all major military bases in Missouri and can target recruitment outreach to separating service members. In 2019, there were 396,000 veterans in Missouri. 170,000 or 42.9% were part of the Civilian Labor Force.
The state’s MoJobs website is filled with prospective job seekers. We can reach them directly and you can post your job openings on the job board.
